About Kennedy
KENNEDY SCHOOL PHILOSOPHY
In order to live and work productively in a changing society, all children in our community will learn to manipulate information, solve problems, think critically and work collaboratively.
The educational philosophy of the J.F. Kennedy School is to assist in the development of the child in such a way that he/she will become a productive member of his/her society. We assume the responsibility to challenge our students to academic excellence, and to motivate all children to extend themselves to their full capacity and develop an enthusiasm for learning that will last a lifetime. With recognition of their individual learning styles, we believe that all children can learn.
Facilities
The building was erected in 1965. It has 27 classrooms, a cafetorium, gymnasium, library, computer lab, central courtyard, outdoor basketball court & baseball field.

The Kennedy staff takes great pride in the inclusive and caring culture that we create and sustain each and every day. Each student, family, and staff member deserves to be part of an environment that sets everyone up for success. We find visibility to be of the upmost importance and make it a priority to be sure all feel seen, heard, safe, and valued.

We strongly believe that no two students are alike. Here at the Kennedy, we are sure to provide an education that is unique to each child’s needs. We are extremely fortune to have a highly qualified, trained staff who are able to deliver strategic lessons and interventions to help each child grow and learn.

Our Cougar Community is fierce and strong. We are so lucky to work alongside the most amazing families and friends who truly share in creating our outstanding culture. Our PAC is made up of dedicated and hardworking Kennedy school parents and guardians who are always looking for ways to spoil our staff and students!
